Honestly, I think Frigga (of the MCU) is just about the only woman who escapes his degrading perception of women.
Frigga raised him. She was there from the first moments he really became fully aware of his surroundings/the people in his life. She doted on him, she loved him more than anyone, and she never belittled him.
She alone is the one person who has always stood by him, no matter how much trouble he got himself (and Thor) into. She reprimanded him, of course, like all mothers do when their children misbehave. But the important thing is that she never looked down on him, she never made him seem lesser than Thor and the rest.
If she were to look at him and call him a monster, I honestly think that would be the final breaking point for MCU!Loki. But she hasn’t. So while he’s denounced Odin and turned against Thor, Frigga is just about the only being in the known universe that he would do anything to protect.

Thor almost choked in his own spit. ‘I-I… I beg your pardon mother?’
Frigga laughed. ‘When you two were still children, your father told you that only one of you could be king. So Thor here came up with a brilliant idea. You said, “then if I’m king, I’ll marry Loki so he could be queen, and we could rule Asgard together!”’
Thor and Loki gulped, frozen to the spot.
‘You even had a fake wedding! Took turns being king and invited us to watch.’
‘Oh my Odin….’
‘What? I’m proud that you two were always close. I hope you still are.’
Well, maybe a bit too close, mother. Thor thought to himself as he forced a smile.
